Trochę o Serbii:
Drunk and arrogant drivers caught by the police while violating traffic regulations, shall be immediately taken to a judge and sanctioned.
As of Saturday, March 1 if
1.2 per mille or more of alcohol are found in a driver’s blood, that driver shall be taken to the police to get sober. Immediately after that he/she shall be taken to a magistrate judge. If ruled prison sentence, the ruling shall be executed immediately. This is provided by the New Law on Traffic Rules Violation.
I jeszcze o prędkości na autostradach w Serbii:
http://inserbia.info/today/2013/06/serb ... -eur-1050/ Serbia: Speeding ticket up to EUR 1050
BELGRADE – New speed tickets will be issued if the police conclude that the driver was speeding over 120 km/h. Average speed will be calculated based on time of the passing through the toll booth, and all who drive faster than 120 km per hour will be penalized....Damir Okanovic, chairman of the Committee for Traffic Safety confirmed for the Serbian daily Kurir that the new method of control is being prepared. If someone, for example, drives from Belgrade, from ”Bubanj potok” tool booth, to Nis, and gets there in 60 minutes, it would mean that he drove 209 km per hour, on average. Such a driver would had to pay up to 120,000 dinars (EUR 1,050) or be up to 30 days in prison, and to lose 14 points on his driver licence and permit for 18 months.
I jeszcze coś z Węgier (z 2012 r.):
Drivers caught talking on their mobile phones without hands-free device will now be fined Ft 30,000 on the spot or Ft 70,000 if paid later. Drivers ignoring the right-of-way should expect similar fines.
Drivers without a valid license should expect an instant fine of Ft 50,000 or Ft 150,000 if paid later.
Those caught without a valid car registration will face a fine between Ft 70,000 and 100,000, depending on when the certificate expired. Fines paid on the spot will be between Ft 30,000 to 50,000, as opposed to a lower fine or possibility of a warning before.
Illegally passing another vehicle will now carry the same penalty as not yielding, and illegal turning will cost Ft 40,000 to 80,000, with fines for illegal u-turns ranging between Ft 60,000 and 100,000.
Ignoring smog warning restrictions will carry a penalty between Ft 40,000 and 80,000.
Spot fines were reintroduced by Fidesz in January of last year following complaints that foreign drivers got away without paying their fines once they left the country. [origo.hu]
